Source Removal (Duct Cleaning):

Our process is very thorough. A typical 1,500 square foot home with 14 registers takes six to eight hours to perform this job correctly. We use a nine-step process that includes a high-efficiency particulate arrester (HEPA filter), power vacuum and a high-velocity air sweeper. Our process also includes cleaning the evaporator coil and air-cleaning all moving parts through the furnace.

Fantastic Filters

New “gradient layered” filter technology developed by leading asthma and allergy physicians removes substantially all airborne particles down to 1.8 microns.

Electronic Filters (Micro Power Guard)

97% efficient at .3 micron. A micron is a particle so small such that you need a microscope to see it. The Micro Power Guard is filters 97% of particulates that are 1/3^rd of a micron.

Ultraviolet Light (Oxy Quantum)

The sun, through ultraviolet rays, cleans the air in the earth’s atmosphere. The ultraviolet rays remove gasses and bacteria (microbial growth) from the air. The Oxy Quantum system performs this same job inside the home. There are areas inside the home, such as inside ducts and in crawl spaces, that are subject to bacterial growth due to lack of sunlight.

Bypass Filter (Pure Sept)

Our equipment has a HEPA filter using a combination of three filters to purify the air. Two-speed fan forces air through the filters for maximum whole house air purification.

Air Scrubber (Micro Guardian Air Scubber)

This product combines the Micropower Guard and the OxyQuantum, so that the homeowner will receive electronic air filtering and ultraviolet light.

Ventilation Systems

This top of the line equipment is recommended for those with severe allergies. This equipment brings air into your house, then heats and cools this air as needed. One of the benefits of this equipment is that it keeps a positive air pressure in the house. This reduces the risk of unconditioned, outside air from entering the house.

Humidification (Honeywell Steam Humidifier) (Aprilaire Humidifier)

Low humidification during winter months causes problems such as static electricity. Dry air is bad for your skin, and creates other problems as well. We provide humidification systems such as Honeywell’s Steam Humidifier and the Aprilaire Humidifier to eliminate these issues.
