“I hope all is well! I had to write and share on Friday we had the pleasure of working with Robin (over the phone) and Mike (I’m sorry I don’t recall his last name). In the middle of the night (Thursday night/Friday morning) our AC went out. I now know it was the capacitor (Mike taught me!). We had called the emergency line of the HVAC company who installed the unit and were told we’d be called “right back” (this was at 2:45am). At 7am I called Atlas Butler, talked to Robin, and scheduled the appointment for 10 – 11. At 9:15 Robin called back and said Mike was finished early and asked if he could come our way early (we were thrilled!), and when I hung up with Robin the original company was calling me back…for the first time. Mike came on time (actually early!), was extremely polite, quick, helpful, and showed me what was going on and how he was going to fix it. “It was a frigid late Friday afternoon when our furnace motor failed. Atlas Butler arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem, but the supplier for our particular motor had closed for the weekend. Our Atlas Butler technician went all the way back to his shop (downtown) from Dublin to borrow a motor that would heat our home during the cold weekend. He came back on Monday to install our permanent motor. We have been an Atlas Butler customer for over 15 years now, and we always recommend them to our neighbors and friends.”

“My 25 year old furnace finally died and had to be replaced. They sent out a technician named Bernard who promptly diagnosed the problem. We went over costs and future scenarios of other parts on my out of date furnace breaking down and I knew I would have to get a whole new unit. An Atlas contractor named Nick came the next day to do a walk through of my new furnace needs and to go over models and pricing. He made me aware of all my options and benefits of the higher priced units, but he didn’t try any high pressure/hard sell tactics which was greatly appreciated. Instead he explained that the basic model would work fine for my house and would still be an upgrade on efficiency compared to my current furnace. The installers Tyler and Austin came the next day and did an awesome job of fitting the new unit and tying it in with my existing ductwork. They even rearranged where the air filter is placed making it more accessible which was a hassle on the old unit. My thermostat was upgraded to a Nest digital model and they ran through the menus with me and explained the set up before they left. Overall from the first phone call to installation my experience with Atlas Butler was excellent and I would recommend them.”

“My scheduled service appointment was completed by Matt S. today. Matt called ahead to say he was on his way, and arrived right on time. Quickly he began the process of checking the heating and A/C units. After he checked the heating unit, he showed me the humidity (water) filter, stating he felt it needed replacing. When I asked the cost, Matt quickly shared that dollar amount. It gives me peace of mind to have the ongoing service plan where they come out to check and clean my system. He reviewed the elite service plan with me (which includes the routine service I already have as well as reduced fees for service, parts, and no service fee to come out and evaluate a problem. “My furnace went out yesterday and it was 8pm when we called Atlas Butler. The office said they could have a tech out between 10pm and midnight that evening, for which I was grateful. The tech called and said he was on his way much earlier and arrived around 9:30 pm. He was polite and efficient and had my furnace fixed and the house warmed up within the hour.
